PAYMENT POLICY: All payments are to be sent to: Cypresswood Golf & Country Club, 3601 Cypress Gardens Rd. Suite A, Winter Haven, Fl. 33884
Annual members who prepay a full year’s dues plus tax during the month of October by cash or check may deduct a 3.5% discount from the total. Please note that prepaid dues, cart access fees, member unlimited cart fees, and application fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. All rates are subject to change without notice.
A 20% gratuity will be added to each food and beverage ticket.
All fees and charges shown on your statement are due by the end of the month. Payments received after the end of the month will be in the next month’s business and will result in a 1½% finance charge (late fee). Statements are dated the last day of each month and bill all charges for that month and dues for the month that follows (i.e. the October 31st statement bills October charges and November dues).
RESIGNATION POLICY: All resignations must be submitted in writing and mailed to the above address. Upon receipt, your account will be suspended. You will be liable for that month’s dues, plus all charged items.
